A leading equipment rental provider in the UK is seeking a Mega Projects Manager to oversee business development in Scotland and drive exceptional customer experiences. The role involves managing sales teams, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating across functions to enhance service delivery. Candidates should have senior sales experience and a strong understanding of the equipment rental or construction sector. This is a home-based position with travel to regional locations.

We are currently looking for a Mega Projects Manager for Scotland and the North to help us to deliver exceptional customer experiences and live up to our values, setting an unrivalled standard for the industry.
In the role you will manage the Business Development Managers within the designated territory, identify cross selling opportunities for all Sunbelt Rentals businesses, drive improved customer rates and help to identify new markets and sectors. Also working closely with both stakeholders and a variety of businesses and sectors who are responsible for the delivery or mega construction projects.
Role is home based with travel required to regional locations

To be successful in this role you will likely be in a similar position or have relevant transferable experience. A history of equipment rental or construction industries is preferable.
You will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a professional and approachable manner. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
