South Western Railway (SWR) is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to provide a safe environment and deliver excellent customer service at stations. You will assist passengers, welcome travellers, and proactively offer help on and off trains and throughout the station.
You'll need very good communication, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work under pressure. The role involves shifts, training is provided, and a safety-critical medical is required to proceed.

To ensure thatcustomers are extended a welcome to the station, providing pro-active assistance and information to customers on and off trains and throughout the station.
Applicants who require a visa must have 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment. Training is full time and you must be able to commit to this.
Our customers need us all day, every day (except Christmas day) and as part of the stations team, you'll need to able to work shifts at all times of the day and on every day of the week.
You will work an average of 37 hours per week across an average of 4.5 days, with additional hours on a Sunday as part of a roster.
Week 1 - Sun (OFF), Mon-Sat 0830-1640
Week 2 - Sun (OFF), Mon (RD), Tues-Sat 0800-1610
Week 3 - Sun 0700-1500, Mon 0800-1610, Tues-Weds (RD), Thurs-Sat 0940-1800
Week 4 - Sun 0900-1700, Mon-Weds 0940-1800, Thurs-Sat (RD)
