Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced consultant to lead MedTech Complaints implementations at our global MedTech customers. You will guide the transformation of complaints management processes and configure our cloud-based Vault solution to support enterprise-wide compliance.

The role is remote and full-time, based in the EU or UK, with eligibility to work in the EU/UK. You will collaborate with Professional Services to translate customer needs into effective solutions and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Complaints Management experience in Medical Device.
• Strong understanding of FDA, EU MDR/IVDR and reporting.
• Experience leading implementation or IT operations as consultant or IT lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS Complaints implementation workstreams for MedTech Quality Management solutions.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, implementation teams, and third parties.
• Analyze requirements and develop adoption roadmaps.
• Advise customers on Vault adoption and post-implementation improvements.
