Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants with content management or clinical trials experience to join our Professional Services team. You will understand customer challenges, translate requirements into designs, train users, and support validation.

Senior Consultants may lead and mentor project teams in implementing designed solutions. There is no work location requirement within the EU/UK for qualified candidates; travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trials with compliance knowledge.
• Experience leading implementation projects for eTMF/CTMS/related solutions.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation for eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, and related solutions.
• Conduct workshops and translate requirements into design decisions.
• Document design decisions and validate configurations with customers.
• Deliver training onsite or remotely and support validation activities.
