Job summary

Veeva is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our European Professional Services team. You will partner with top global pharma organisations to implement Veeva’s Commercial Cloud products and deliver AI-powered, data-driven customer solutions.

The role covers delivery leadership across projects, working remotely from the UK with occasional travel, and requires fluent English and strong consulting experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive optimization and harmonization of business processes, and translate them into actionable and scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and smb organizations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
