Xograph Healthcare, part of the Healthcare 21 Group, is a leading medical imaging equipment supplier serving hospitals and diagnostic centres across the UK and Ireland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, maintain, calibrate and repair equipment, whilst delivering first-class technical support in clinically sensitive environments.

You will work within the HC21 portfolio, travel within the UK and Ireland, and be part of a team delivering safe, compliant service with strong customer

Formación

• HNC/HND or equivalent in electronics/electrical/biomedical engineering or related field.
• Field service experience in medical equipment or related environment preferred.
• Strong diagnostic capability across electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT and software-controlled systems.
• Willingness to learn new equipment types and support wider HC21 portfolio.
• Competent IT user, comfortable with laptops and diagnostic software.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and make sound decisions in clinically sensitive environments.
• Customer-focused, organized, adaptable, resilient and solutions-driven.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland as required.
• DBS clearance, or ability to obtain it.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to service requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, calibration, fault diagnosis and repair.
• Provide primary technical support for your predominant product branch while expanding knowledge to support wider HC21 equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimise disruption to clinical services.
• Provide first-line diagnostics and technical support by telephone, remote access or customer liaison.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
• Maintain service and calibration records and accurate documentation.
