Xograph Healthcare, part of the Healthcare 21 Group, is a leading medical imaging equipment supplier serving hospitals and diagnostic centres across the UK and Ireland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, service, calibrate and repair imaging equipment, ensuring safety and uptime for patients and clinicians.

You will work across X-Ray or Critical Care product branches, with training provided and opportunities to develop specialised skills.

Competenze

• Strong diagnostic capability across electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT and software-controlled systems.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland as required.
• Experience in field service of medical equipment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Carry out installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, calibration, fault diagnosis and repair on equipment after training.
• Provide first-line technical support and remote assistance as needed.
• Document service activity and maintain equipment inventory and safety records.
