Job summary

Xograph Healthcare, part of Healthcare 21 Group, seeks a Field Service Engineer to service X-Ray equipment across hospitals and diagnostic centres in the UK and Ireland. You will install, calibrate, maintain and repair imaging systems, and work with a professional HC21 service team to ensure high uptime.

You'll travel as required, provide remote and on-site support, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering excellent clinical service.

Qualifications

Field service experience in medical equipment is preferred.
HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in electronics/electrical/biomedical engineering or related discipline.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

Carry out installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, calibration, fault diagnosis and repair.
Provide primary technical support for predominant product branch (X-Ray).
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimise disruption to clinical services.
Provide first-line diagnostics and technical support by telephone, remote access or customer liaison.
Complete service reports, calibration records and documentation accurately within timescales.
Follow safety, radiation, infection control and regulatory requirements.
