Job summary

Enovis is seeking an ET Project Lead to drive a disciplined launch and ongoing adoption of ARVIS within the market. The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, surgical stakeholder engagement and hands-on support during early procedures.

The position evolves into long-term ownership of Enovis Enabling Technologies, including digital and future robotic platforms, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of delivering complex launches in MedTech or surgical tech environments.
• Experience supporting clinical teams and field operations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional groups across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ARVIS market launch activities to agreed milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness across sites, teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee training of surgeons, OR teams and internal staff; support early cases.
• Ensure deployment, logistics and site readiness align with international standards.
• Monitor system utilisation post-deployment and drive adoption improvements.
• Input on future tech readiness and scalability within the portfolio.
