You will drive disciplined launches of ARVIS and ensure deployment, utilisation, and operational excellence across the market, maturing into long-term ownership of the Enabling Technologies portfolio, including digital and future robotic platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or business.
• Experience with surgical technologies, navigation, robotics or capital equipment.
• Proven track record in product launches and cross-functional coordination.

• Lead end-to-end ARVIS launch milestones across sites.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness and training.
• Be in-market custodian for ET standards and future technologies.
• Provide structured feedback on execution and improvements.
