Job summary

CY Partners and a growing MedTech consultancy are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead new business development and build relationships with organisations from startups to global companies. You’ll identify opportunities across consultancy, technical and development services and help bring together regulatory, quality, clinical and technical expertise to win work.

The role is hybrid and Yorkshire-based with UK and international travel, offering ownership of a diverse pipeline and a path

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing experience and ability to build external relationships.
• Experience in Life Sciences, MedTech or scientific consultancy is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across the MedTech industry.
• Represent the business at industry conferences and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation.
• Support onboarding of new customers and grow long-term relationships.
• Work with the commercial and technical teams to convert opportunities.
