Responsibilities

• Create medical department rotas within the Division of Medicine, Diagnostics and Clinical Support Services
• Coordinate and liaise with senior/junior medical staff to plan rotas in advance
• Maintain accurate rotas and ensure timely circulation of changes to staff
• Monitor leave requests to support timely rota development
• Maintain up-to-date contact details for doctors on rotas and keep records of programmed activities
• Ensure compliance with 2016 Terms and Conditions for Junior Doctors and EWTD Regulations
