A National Health Service Foundation Trust in Milton Keynes seeks a Medical Records Clerk – Bank Only, to maintain and manage medical records effectively. Candidates should have prior experience in a healthcare setting, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask. Role includes managing files efficiently, answering queries, and ensuring timely record retrieval. Band 2 – £12.51 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week. All MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working.
Contract: FTC/secondment until 31 December 2025.
There is an opportunity to work from home; this will be discussed further at interview.

As a Medical Records Clerk you will support an efficient and effective Medical Records service. Your duties will include accurate filing and maintenance of records, ensuring timely retrieval, and maintaining systems to support these aims.
There is a physical demand that goes along with the job and you need to be prepared for being on your feet/walking for long periods of time.

Upon commencing employment with the Trust, all employees (except Medical & Dental Staff on national terms and conditions) are subject to a probationary period lasting six months with an option to extend for a further six months.
