Job summary

Urban Practice in Inverness is seeking a friendly receptionist to support patients, doctors and the practice team. You will provide timely, efficient, and helpful assistance on a daily basis. Full training will be provided.

Nat5 English and Maths, and strong computer skills are required; weekend work is not involved. The role includes adapting to priorities and maintaining patient confidentiality within a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Nat5 English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
• Computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of dealing with the public.
• An eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, efficient, knowledgeable reception support to patients and staff.
• Input and access data in various computer systems.
• Respond clearly and concisely to patient enquiries.
