NHS Scotland is seeking a dedicated, friendly individual to join a multi-disciplinary team to support patient care in person and over the phone, along with administrative duties. Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable in a busy public environment.

Good IT knowledge is essential; familiarity with GP/healthcare systems and medical terminology is desirable but not required.
