Bearsted Medical Practice in Bearsted, Maidstone is seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our reception team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and support the clinical and admin teams, handling enquiries in person and by phone, online triage, and email correspondence.

Experience in a Primary Care setting is desirable but training will be provided to the successful candidate, with a friendly, supportive practice environment and NHS pension offered.

Bearsted Medical Practice cares for nearly 16,000 patients and we are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our reception team. Your role will be the first point of contact for patients and to support the clinical and admin teams. As part of the reception team, you will assist with activities such as patient enquiries both face to face and over the telephone, online triage, chaperoning, responding to the generic email inbox/ dealing with incoming emails and any other such duties to assist the smooth running of the practice.

Experience in a Primary Care setting is desirable but not essential as training will be given to the successful candidate.
