Job summary

Brighton and Sussex Medical School in Brighton is seeking a Course Co-ordinator (Clinical and Community Practice) to support Year 1, Year 2 and Year 4 medical students as they begin their careers. You will coordinate activities across clinically focused modules and provide administrative support for an excellent learning experience.

Based at Falmer Campus, this permanent role is up to 1.0 FTE (36.5 hours) with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Proactive and organised individual with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting academic programs or student services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across clinical modules to support medical students.
• Provide administrative support to improve processes and learning experiences.
• Liaise with NHS partners and clinicians to support teaching delivery.
• Work with colleagues to balance competing priorities and deadlines.
