Job summary

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Medical Education Coordinator to support delivery of Medical Education for Resident Doctors and Undergraduate Student Doctors. The postholder will provide high-quality administrative, organisational and pastoral support to ensure teaching and assessments run smoothly and align with curricula.

• GCSE level or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient office administration for Medical Education.
• Coordinate delivery of Medical Education for Doctors in Training.
• Support the Medical Education Manager and Deputy.
• Ensure Foundation and Undergraduate placements meet competency.
• Guide doctors in training on education and e-portfolios.
• Assist in developing project plans for Medical Education.
