Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clerical Officer/Audio Typist to join the Urology team. You will provide administrative support to the medical secretarial team and assist with audiotyping when needed.

• Store, retrieve and archive casenotes to support outpatient episodes and data input.
• Maintain filing systems and file casenotes in the correct location.
• Use tracking system to locate casenotes not in main storage.
• Update LE2.2 tracking system for location and status of casenotes.
• File confidential information securely within the casenotes.
• Transcription of clinical letters.
