Greenberg Traurig LLP in London seeks an experienced Junior to Mid-Level associate to join our market-leading media, entertainment and sports team. You will advise on a broad range of commercial transactions for rights-holders, broadcasters and agencies, often with an international element, and work closely with colleagues across the firm's global network.

Formación

• Experience with commercial contracts is essential.
• Experience in media/entertainment/sports sector preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients in the media, entertainment and sports sector on a range of commercial transactions.
• Draft bespoke commercial contracts and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with advisory, transactional and disputes colleagues on cross-functional matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic advice.
• Manage all client work to ensure timely progression and cost transparency.
• Demonstrate excellent client service and professional conduct.
• Participate in business development within the team.
• Keep up to date with legal developments and contribute to thought leadership.
• Mentor more junior team members as needed.
