Aufgaben

• Manage a varied caseload split evenly across contentious, advisory, and transactional matters.
• Lead employment law aspects of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, and restructurings.
• Advise on contentious matters such as employment tribunal claims and High Court litigation.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Corporate, and Litigation teams on complex, high-value matters.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
