Job summary

Greenberg Traurig LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Employment team in London, focusing on complex transactional employment work with cross-border elements. You will advise on high-value corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity, and work across regulatory, real estate, and litigation teams.

You’ll lead on employment aspects of transactions, handle contentious matters where needed, and oversee junior lawyers.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in complex transactional employment work.
• Experience across a range of employment matters, including cross-border.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage clients and work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the employment law aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity, restructurings).
• Advise on contentious matters, including tribunals and high court proceedings, with cross-border elements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Supervise junior team members and stay current with legislation.
