Job summary

Greenberg Traurig LLP in London is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the Employment team. You will manage a varied caseload spanning contentious, advisory and transactional matters, with a focus on complex cross-border corporate transactions and US/UK matters.

You will advise employers and executives, supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to business development in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience of complex transactional employment work.
• Experience across a range of employment matters.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Strong client management and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious, advisory and transactional matters (practice split across all three areas).
• Lead on the employment law aspects of complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A and restructurings.
• Advise employers and senior executives on contentious matters, including tribunal claims and court litigation.
• Collaborate with Regulatory colleagues on crossover matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
