Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Media Account Manager to join our team in London. You will work closely with the Account Director and Business Director to lead and grow a dynamic team managing several key agency accounts. This role offers diversity and the chance to work across a spectrum of media channels including TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Audio Visual media, and Podcasts.

Requirements
  • Strong Planning and Buying experience across various media channels, with specific expertise in TV Planning and Buying.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Planning and Buying across multiple media channels.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee several accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of leading client meetings and presentations.
  • Experience in team management, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
  1. Planning and Buying across media channels including TV, radio, outdoor, digital, and print.
  2. Implementing long-term client strategies.
  3. Managing and developing a high-performing team.
  4. Leading internal meetings and group presentations.
  5. Participating in client and media owner meetings.
  6. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients.
  7. Supporting the Account Director and deputising as needed.
