Media Account Manager – Programmatic Ecommerce Advertising

Location: London (4 days office / 1 day WFH)

We’re hiring a Media Account Manager to lead programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP and retail media networks for some of the biggest brands in the world.

If you’re someone who loves digging into data, optimising campaigns for growth, and influencing client strategy with your insights this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, build, and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns across ecommerce channels (Amazon DSP focus).
• Develop tactical media plans tied to client growth goals and key KPIs.
• Build strong, strategic client relationships, from day-to-day contacts to senior decision-makers.
• Analyse large volumes of data to create insights that directly impact sales and media performance.
• Lead client meetings and performance reviews, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams to continuously evolve the service offering and innovate for your clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in programmatic display, retail media, or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, Amazon Advertising, and media optimisation tactics.
• Excellent data analysis skills confident using Excel and PowerPoint to build compelling reports and strategies.
• Sharp communicator clear, concise, and commercially minded.
• Bonus if you have experience working in ecommerce, retail, startup, or agency environments.
