Job summary

Mars is offering a 4-year Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician apprenticeship, followed by a final year to complete Level 4 HTQ qualification. Salary starts at £21,000 with annual increases and an annual bonus.

• 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 or above (Maths, English, Science and two other subjects).
• Demonstrable interest in Engineering and Leadership.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Willing to travel to Melton Mowbray site and Loughborough College.
• 16+ by 6 September 2027; no more than 2 years of prior engineering experience or higher qualifications than NVQ Level 3.
