This role involves ensuring compliance with technical standards, managing a team, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include undertaking PPM and Reactive Maintenance, acting as Deputy Responsible Person for water, maintaining accurate asset records, promoting safety, ensuring QHSE compliance, handling escalations, conducting toolbox talks, monitoring the CAFM system, and supervising water hygiene activities for a team of six engineers.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, communicative, experienced in healthcare premises (preferred but not essential), IT literate, and capable of working under pressure. Qualifications such as HTM are desirable. They should also be professional, confidential, flexible, and eager for personal development.
