Job summary

ARC Group Worldwide is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a commercial project based at an air base in Huntingdon. You will oversee mechanical installations, coordinate site operatives and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

You will monitor quality, uphold health and safety requirements, liaise with project management and other trades, and lead a professional site team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Willing to undergo the required vetting process to access the site.
• Air base access or a pass is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site at a secure air base location.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a commercial project based at an air base in Huntingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanical professional to take on a supervisory role, overseeing works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Supervising mechanical installations and works on a commercial project.
• Coordinating site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to programme.
• Monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed on site.
• Liaising with project management and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.
• Monitoring progress and resolving site-related issues as they arise.
• Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to site management, quality and health and safety.
• Must be willing to undergo the required vetting process to gain access to the site.
• An existing air base pass would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Weekly pay with a 1 hour pay resolution guarantee.
