ARC Group is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for a commercial project based at an air base in Huntingdon. The role focuses on supervising mechanical installations, coordinating site operatives, and ensuring work is delivered safely and to programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Proactive site management, quality control and health & safety.
• Willing to undergo vetting to access the site.
• Air base pass advantageous but not essential.

Mechanical Supervisor - Commercial Projects

Location: Huntingdon

Salary: £60,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a commercial project based at an air base in Huntingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanical professional to take on a supervisory role, overseeing works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

A salary of £60,000 per annum is on offer, with a potential contracting option available for the right candidate.

The Role

• Supervising mechanical installations and works on a commercial project.
• Coordinating site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to programme.
• Monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed on site.
• Liaising with project management and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.
• Monitoring progress and resolving site-related issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to site management, quality and health and safety.
• Must be willing to undergo the required vetting process to gain access to the site.
• An existing air base pass would be advantageous but is not essential.
