Job summary

ARC Group is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for a commercial project based at an air base in Huntingdon. The role focuses on supervising mechanical installations, coordinating site operatives, and ensuring work is delivered safely and to programme.

A £60,000 per annum salary is on offer, with a potential contracting option for the right candidate. You'll monitor quality, oversee health and safety, liaise with management and trades, and resolve site issues to keep operations running smoothly on

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Proactive site management, quality control and health & safety.
• Willing to undergo vetting to access the site.
• Air base pass advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising mechanical installations and works on a commercial project.
• Coordinating site operatives and subcontractors to keep to programme.
• Monitoring installation quality and compliance with regulations and specifications.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures on site.
• Liaising with project management and other trades.
• Monitoring progress and resolving site-related issues.
