RTL Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead on a major commercial project with a 12+ month horizon.

You will oversee mechanical installation works, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery to high standards while maintaining safety and quality on site. The role requires extensive experience supervising mechanical teams, reading drawings, and coordinating with multiple trades.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and installation.
• Previous experience supervising mechanical teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Desirable qualifications include SSSTS/SMSTS and mechanical trade qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on a large commercial project.
• Manage mechanical engineers, tradespeople and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specs and project programmes.
• Monitor progress and report issues or delays to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with other trades and site management to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all works comply with current health & safety requirements.
• Carry out regular quality inspections and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Assist with planning, sequencing and allocation of labour and materials.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-based issues.
• Ensure relevant paperwork, permits, inspections and records are maintained.

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major commercial project with over 12 months of work available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to take a key role in overseeing mechanical installation works, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
