Duties

• Reporting into a Mechanical Manager
• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
• Oversee sub - contractors.
• Must have experience within Data Centres
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
• Must have experience within QA works and experience in EDM systems.

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed.
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred.
• Has experience within commercial or Data Centre projects
• Previous experience as a mechanical project lead
• Stable CV
• Understanding of the commercial aspect of construction
