The main duty of a Mechanical Supervisor is to oversee repair and installation work conducted by mechanical tradespeople. The Mechanical Supervisor conducts inspections, ensures safety procedures are followed, and maintains inventory of machine parts.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience who is looking to move into a supervisory role or already has some supervisory experience.
The Project:
Ardmore has been awarded a £75m contract for the main works on its Hackney Yards residential development around Hackney Wick railway station.
The new blocks are split across three sites around Hackney Wick station, including over-station elements. Rising up to eight stories, the brick-clad blocks will provide 190 mixed-tenure affordable units, with 31 for affordable rent and 159 for shared ownership.
