The main duty of a Mechanical Supervisor is to oversee repair and installation work conducted by mechanical tradespeople. The Mechanical Supervisor conducts inspections, ensures safety procedures are followed, and maintains an inventory of machine parts.
We are looking for someone with on-the-tools experience who is looking to move into a supervisory role, or someone with some supervisory experience already.
The Project:
Ardmore has been awarded the £75m contract for the main works on its Hackney Yards residential development around Hackney Wick railway station.
The new blocks are split across three sites around Hackney Wick station and include over-station elements. Rising up to eight stories, the brick-clad blocks will provide 190 mixed-tenure affordable units, including 31 affordable rent units and 159 shared ownership units.
