Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Significant experience in mechanical building services QA/QC.
• Proficient reading of drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical design specifications, Employer's Requirements and drawings.
• Carry out progressive site inspections of mechanical installations.
• Identify non-conforming works and quality issues early.
• Maintain QA records and communicate findings to design and project teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and client representatives during inspections.
