Dome Group is recruiting an experienced QA / Resident Engineer to support a landmark hotel and live music arena project in Cardiff. You will act as the quality and technical lead on site, ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and approved ITPs while supporting handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as QA Engineer or Resident Engineer on large projects.
• Understanding of quality processes and inspection regimes.
• Ability to identify defects and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and monitor construction works
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs, and ITPs
• Review quality records and test certificates
• Identify defects and manage NCRs to close actions
• Coordinate with design, engineering and project teams
• Provide clear updates on quality performance
