Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a driven Mechanical Project Engineer to deliver all mechanical requirements across a diverse project portfolio. You will collaborate with designers and suppliers to drive offsite assembly and modularisation, monitoring progress against programmes and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will coordinate with civil and electrical teams, manage sub-contracts and material orders, and lead QA and production meetings to support successful project

Qualifications

Display a high degree of technical knowledge and experience in mechanical project engineering within manufacturing or construction.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities with multi-tasking.
Commercially astute with understanding of MMC, Lean Construction and Agile Programme Management.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for delivering mechanical requirements across projects.
Collaborate with designer and supply chain for offsite and onsite delivery.
Coordinate with civil and electrical elements and manage sub-contracts and material orders.
