Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to support delivery on water sector projects. You will manage mechanical equipment, ensure safety, quality, programme and budget, and work with clients, designers and subcontractors across design, construction, commissioning and handover.
You will bring a Mechanical Engineering qualification and experience in water/sewage projects, with strong project management, site operations, and budget control skills.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team, supporting the successful delivery of projects within the water sector.
This is a key role responsible for managing and engineering mechanical equipment and associated plant, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, and within programme and budget.
You will work closely with subcontractors, clients, designers and project teams, providing technical expertise throughout design, construction, commissioning and handover.
You will be a self‑motivated and technically capable Mechanical Project Engineer with experience working for a contractor within the water industry.
