Overview

Mechanical Production Operative – Ongoing Role

Eastleigh | £14.29 per hour (rising to £15.40 after 13 weeks) | 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Practical, workshop-based role involving the assembly of components including couplings, engines, electric motors, and pump body units.
• Work from manufacturing drawings, ensuring all assemblies are completed to high standards and within set deadlines.

• Previous use of tools, either professionally or as a hobby/interest
• Experience in a production or assembly environment
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings/instructions

Hours & Pay

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30 / Friday: 07:00 – 13:40

£14.29 per hour, increasing to £15.40 after 13 weeks (continuous)
