Job summary

• Experience in day-to-day maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Skilled fault finding in varying conditions.
• Capability to interact professionally with patients, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, repairs and alterations to mechanical systems and fixtures.
• Contribute to new works and improvements within the Maintenance Department.
• Provide clear, professional feedback to works supervisor on issues and progress.
• Ensure work is carried out to maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients and staff.
• Work across a range of mechanical systems, with some non-mechanical tasks.
