Job summary

Crown Peterborough is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join a high-performing manufacturing team on a shift-based, site-based role (4 on 4 off). The role offers a salary of 57,089 inclusive of shift allowance, with a pension scheme and healthcare benefits, and generous holiday allowance.

You will maintain and optimise production line machinery, drive efficiency, and champion health and safety.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise front-end machinery to deliver high-quality products while ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by reducing downtime and driving operational excellence across the plant.
