Job summary

Crown Peterborough is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a world-class manufacturing team. You will maintain and repair back-end production machinery, driving efficiency, quality and reliability on a fast-paced site.

With a Level 3 Mechanical Apprenticeship or NVQ, you will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and help drive continuous improvement. This shift-based, site-based role offers a clear progression path within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
• Ability to diagnose faults and implement reliable repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and improve back-end production machinery to ensure efficiency, quality and performance.
• Take ownership of equipment reliability, diagnose faults and complete maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
• Work within a collaborative team to drive operational excellence across the plant.
