Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a two-engineer shift in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site. You’ll manage PPMs and reactive breakdowns, while remaining hands-on and driving continuous improvement.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off days/nights pattern with progression through on-site leadership training and a competitive package including a salary between £53,000 and £56,500, plus a welcome bonus and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead engineer with ability to lead on shift and develop others.
• Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance within manufacturing.
• Proficient in using SAP for maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineers on shift (3 including Team Leader).
• Hands-on maintenance: PPMs, breakdowns, shift handover; maintain maintenance records in SAP.
