2 Sisters Food Group in Willand, England is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to uphold site operations by repairing and maintaining production machinery, managing breakdowns, and delivering planned preventative maintenance.

The role offers a continental shift pattern (4 on, 4 off) with 06:00–18:00 days and 18:00–06:00 nights, plus a highly competitive benefits package and career development opportunities within a leading UK food manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Time-Served Apprenticeship or NVQ 3 minimum with related industry experience.
• Desirable: hydraulics, pneumatics, or fast-moving production machinery.

• Conduct Engineering and Maintenance repairs on-site, largely for Production Machinery and some building repairs.
• Fixing rollers, small gearboxes, and small motors, as well as hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Supporting the team with machinery breakdowns as needed and contributing to some maintenance planning.
• Ensuring smooth operations across the site as part of a wider maintenance team.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining site operations by overseeing engineering and maintenance repairs, handling breakdowns, and executing planned and preventative maintenance schedules.

About You
