Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for our bakery site in Dronfield. The role is split 50/50 between reactive and planned maintenance, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days and 2 nights).

You will service mixers, conveyors and packaging equipment and support breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly across two sites. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical or electrical skills, experience in food production, and holds an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or

• Strong mechanical or electrical skills.
• Experience in food production or a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Fixing mixers, conveyors, packaging equipment.
• Planning maintenance work.
• Supporting with machinery breakdowns as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias. The work is split 50/50 between reactive and planned maintenance.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience within planned maintenance and has worked in the food production industry. We are seeking someone who can be flexible and has a can do attitude.
