Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Willand, Devon, is seeking a Site Maintenance Operative to carry out routine painting, carpentry, and grounds maintenance at our longstanding facility.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, earning £15.33 per hour. Overtime opportunities and on-site training are available; a clean UK driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in general DIY duties
• Ability to plan and organize own workload
• Good understanding of English
• Clean UK driving licence
• Able to work as part of a team or independently

The working hours for the position Site Maintenance Operative are:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 15:00pm

Rate of pay: £15.33 per hour

Job details include:

• General painting as and when required
• General Carpentry tasks as and when required
• To assist as and when required ensuring the grounds around the site are maintained
• As and when required collecting "parts" required by engineering from offsite
• General Building Maintenance
• Assist engineers/electricians when required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in a previous role of general DIY duties
• Able to plan and organize own workload
• Word unsupervised to the standard set by supervisors
• Good understanding of English
• Clean UK driving license
• Be able to work as a team as well as on your own
