CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a healthcare building in Warwick. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance alongside the on-site team and liaise with a senior engineer.

The role requires Plumbing or Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 2) and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Salary is £43,000 with overtime, training, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in facilities/building maintenance in commercial environments.
Ability to read and follow trade certificates and logs.
Good communication skills and client-facing attitude.

Responsibilities

Monitor mechanical plant, pumps, motors, seals and bearings.
Carry out plumbing tasks: unblock toilets, replace taps and washers.
Monitor and maintain BMS systems (hot & cold).
Perform M&E and fabric maintenance on site.
Update logbooks and complete planned preventative maintenance.
Install/replace hot water cylinders, pipework and boilers.
Support reactive maintenance tasks as needed.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment – Warwick - £43,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Warwick has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a healthcare building in Warwick. He or she or they will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site, working closely with a senior member of the team and the small team on site.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have some experience in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £43,000, overtime, plenty of further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update Logbooks
Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
Changing taps/washers
Install and replace hot water cylinders, pipework, Boilers, Temperature check the repair and servicing of mechanical & electrical (M&E) equipment, PPM & reactive.
