Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a pharmaceutical environment in Didcot, Oxford. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on-site as part of the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Clear DBS clearance is required.
• Trade certificates copies (City & Guilds/NVQ) must be provided.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical remedial works across site.
• Attend to and rectify mechanical faults.
• Complete planned maintenance in line with the PPM and task schedules.
• Deliver PPM activity to a high, professional standard.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Maintain awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £46,350

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site. This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical remedial works across site.
• Attend to and rectify mechanical faults.
• Complete planned maintenance in line with the PPM and task schedules.
• Deliver PPM activity to a high, professional standard.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Make full use of company technology systems to maintain contractual compliance.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the wider team and clients.
• Attend team meetings and briefings as required.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager promptly.
• Maintain awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities
