Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £46,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and plant equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in a timely manner to ensure the seamless operation of building services.
• Monitor and maintain critical systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the onsite team to deliver a high standard of service.
• Support operational efficiency by addressing maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Mechanical Engineer (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Expertise in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, and pumps.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and compliance requirements.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork skills.
