Job Title: Lead Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee and perform both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems at our client's site. This role involves hands-on technical work combined with supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance.
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and pipework.
3. Lead a team of engineers and coordinate daily tasks.
4. Ensure all work complies with company and industry standards.
5. Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure service excellence.

Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
